Not Quite Canceled
I requested to cancel and went through the steps. On November 7th, there was a charge for $36.99 for a 3 month subscription.
I immediately sent them an email and requested to cancel the membership. It took over 6 pages to get to the portion to actually close the account. In the meantime, there are confusing pages that you have to look for the small wording to locate the proceed with cancel options. I received a response of "JK" from the company and decided to chargeback.
They have since requested my mailing and IP address.
I decided to just eat the charge so that I do not have to continue the back and forth or provide further information to them
The service wasn't great anyway.
I didn't find any solutions back when I first joined in May and just forgot to cancel my membership for several months. I was fine paying for my forgetfulness for those several months.
